White Rabbit, 2017

Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s classic, Alice in Wonderland and a Chinese Chippendale mirror from the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, White Rabbit mines themes of lost innocence. A bucolic tea party is interrupted by the Mad Hatter (Larry from the Three Stooges); while a caterpillar enjoys his hookah, a tiny duchess peers out from her secret garden and an oversized girl spills a cascade of pills from a prescription bottle.
